Didn't dat long ago $5B mopar bail out (the US Gov. at least got stock certs.then) go to make the Kama River Truck factory in de ol' USSR for the Afg invasion.
Did anyone notice the "stelth" bailout Auto industry (at least $30B) contigious w/this?
