我對防炎香包沒有研究，不懂自製。中國傳統有藥囊香囊預防春瘟，如果價錢會理，草藥通常很便宜，買個並無壞處。
下星期二會在專欄介紹僻味的清香草藥，可以製香囊，雖然不能預防
疾病，但會讓人清爽無汗味，不妨一試。
