Subject: Women's hour record

Van Moorsel just broke Jeannie Longo's hour record, with an average speed of 28.3 mph. She did this at altitude in Mexico City.
Does anyone know where Jeannie's record was set? Jeannie just averaged nearly 27 mph at Fiesta Island TT at sea level, damp air, on a very rough course, at age 44. Could Jeannie could break the new record on the course Van Moorsel used? -Chuck-
