Hi Mike, first, for USCF, the race must be sanctioned, then the promoter or official has to submit the results to USCF to put into this database.

Unfortunately not too many promoters follow through. The system is flawed because your "rank" depends on if your race results were actually submitted.

There is a SoCal Cup (socalcycling.com) which ranks CAT 1,2,3,4 and Masters riders for SoCal events, but not for time trial.

In the next week or so, version #2 of the timetrial.org web site will be up and there will be a section on a SoCal TT Cup that incorporates Fiesta Is (ABR sanctioned), Santiago Canyon, Piru and Toms Farms results. It is an idea that I would like to see come to life but there is a lot of work involved with it - I want to see what kind of feedback I get - I'd need help to maintain it.

So far the ranking systems for USCF are not to great and exclude time trial races for the most part, hopefully there will be a way to rank TT racers in the future.
