In reply to: grazcyk 's message, "faster triathlon bike split" on 06:52:33 07/31/03 Thu

5 hours over 4 days:

1 day of short intervals
1 day of climbing
1 day of a time trial, say 10 miles
1 day of an endurance ride, of 50 miles

This should get you sub 1 hour in a 40 bike split.
