How about this idea:

THe main reason I created the multiplier for Fiesta Island was because I wanted the 4/5 group racing 19-29 and 30-39 to get their dues, and if they placed well then they should get the points to show for it, since they are competing directly against cat 1/2/3 riders. On the other hand, since the multiplier does exist here, cat 1/2/3 riders will likely show up to compete and get points as well.

Most riders aged over 40 do not race with the 4/5's, instead they race with Masters, right?

Would it be more fair if the multiplier only took effect for 19-29 and 30-39 groups at Fiesta Island, leaving the 40-49 and 50 and up croud to have the same group multiplier points (2) that the other TT's get?
