Spoiler space . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Episode 10.3 DEAR ABBY" "JT", another new med student/resident, has asthma, and suffers a Neela-induced medical crisis. (Neela would be the other new med student, Parminder Nagra's character) Romano's back at work, with a hook, still abrasive as always, and Weaver's ready to kill him. The nurses consider action against new Romano-implemented policies. Susan and Abby have an ethics/possibly legal dilemma regarding a patient. Episode 10.4 "SHIFTS HAPPEN" - Neela thinks Chen's on her case because she feels she is going after Pratt. (and Chen and Pratt have apparently broken up) Chen informs her she's hard on all the medical students, especially the females because its for their own good. - Both Pratt and Weaver make some lousy judgement calls during traumas. - Elizabeth reveals to Abby that she and Dorset have been dating.
