Regarding your theory, I don't think he made any movies this year. Actually Hypnotic was filmed in late 2001 as far as I know (that's how long they've been sitting on releasing it to us). I think that is the last movie he filmed. I think next season will be busy for him, rumor has it he will be doing a movie with Jude Law next year. The weak storyline for Luka is the writers fault. It seemed like they were trying to go somewhere deep with him, and then they ran out of gas (it was a disappointment).
