I`ve been hounted by "The Deep End" I saw a week ago. I wanted to say something about "interesting". This film was the very kind of movie I like most: not much talk, not much "action", not 100%good-guys & 200%bad-guys (which is the weakest point of Hollywood cinema, in general), but these movies include a certain kind of realism. "The Monster`s Ball" is also that kind of movie, for exsample. Maybe I like it because it`s nearer to my northern temperament. There are a lot of movies made with intention to make this kind of "quality movie", & very often they turn out really boring. "The Deep End" isn`t certainly one of these.
I like Goran`s reserved look, I mean - not only look, but I do not know that word (inside reservation). I can`t help it`s much more interesting to watch open up someone, who isn`t open already. This is also very understandible talking about Luka. If you`ve hurt so much you won`t open yourself again so easily.
I think Luka is the best thing ever happened to ER. I was fan already before him, but it was losing it`s touch for me. Then he appeared, and everything was fresh again.
