You were a lucky crowd. I lived in Bayview across the street but was only 9 or 10 years old so was too young to hang out but I thought it wouldve been cool. My sister went to school with Meryl Diamond, but she was too much a "good gal" to hang out much. They used to have tons of people hanging out, but eventually someone got hurt with a knife I think??? Anyway I remember it well. Good old Canarsie
