If you are from Rockaway Parkway and hung out in the west village at Cafe Wa, and the Cock and Bull during the late 60s, maybe you remember Mike Rotola, or his sister? A whole bunch of people from Canarsie used to go down there around the summer of 1967. Anyone?

Mike Rotola is my first cousin.He lives in Withita KS. Which sister Patty or Christine??

It was called "Cafe WHA". I was very young back in the 60's, but i used to hang out at the "Cafe Wha" with my older Gay Boyfriend Bill "Pop Klee" many times during their "Gay Night" I have great Gay memories of Bill (Pop) Klee and I when we hung out in Greenwich Village during the 60's. I sometimes pass by the "Cafe Wha" and i start to cry,as i think about the good Gay fun we had inside Cafe Wha during the swingin' 60's.
I wouldn't trade those days for a million dollars.

I used to go there with my friend Nancy when we were little kids because her brothers the RAVES were the house band
I remeber Jimi Hendrix from that time as well
