Subject: Tonight - and HELP!

Well I haven't seen most of you in a while as I've doing a lot of travelling for work (which at the moment prohibits me from being on) but hopefully tonight I should be on from about 5pm EST - 9ish on USEast. But more importantly has anyone had this error when trying to join a game:
Unable to join game, bad inventory data
I sent an email to Blizzard, but am not holding my breath. Also, someone recommended I delete the USWest folder out of my diabloII directory - anyone know what that will do? Thanks and Happy Hunting.
