we attended their meeting tonight and they would like to run the micros and are now going to look into insurance cost to see if their track can afford the micros. jim had a closed door meeting with his officials from hugoton to discuss the liberal situation to see if he would submit a proposal to run liberal. sounds like they were concerned about the cost of insurance and how much work they would have to do to their track at hugoton to bring in the micro class. liberal however is being discussed on whether or not he would try to do both tracks. so we are at a wait and see mode right now.
