Subject: SATURDAY mAY 20TH

Gates will open at 3:00pm Drivers meeting at 5:00pm Hotlaps at 5:30pm Races at 6:00pm. Everyone please note. We will not wait on racers. Except for non wing guys. We will run non wing first and run the transfer right after the restictors. You will have a line up, and you will have two laps when your heat goes out two get two the track, then the green flag will drop. With or without you.
I want to have as many cars infront of the grand stands at 5:15pm as possible. I am going to open the gates and let fans come down and meet the drivers and see the cars. I would like it for everyone to be here for this. This will help you be more personable with the fans. Lets build a good fan base.
Also Just so everyone knows, IF YOU DO NOT PACK, YOU DO NOT HOT LAP PERIOD!!!! We will pack the track and then line up cars on the big track and hold you there until hotlaps. If you are not there (on the big track) you don't get to hot lap. I will explain where to park at drivers meeting.
Last, this is VERY important. ANYONE driving one the big track, (other then going on, and off race track) WILL BE DQ'D. No questions asked. And No warnings. I have certain rules to follow for the county and they are very strict. I will go over all of this at the drivers meeting but wanted to give everyone a heads up before hand.
