By the time he had entered the closet she had already drawn the night revealing top off to be in just her lacy black bra and as he entered she dropped down the skirt she had on to just be in the little black set. A sigh escaped her lips as he pressed a soft kiss to her cheek and after a seconds obvious hesitation, she relaxed against his chest. "Yeah, it has...a really long time." She murmured softly, her hand running against his broad arm before she bit her lip and nuzzled her head beneath his chin. "Things are gonna be different, baby. I'm gonna get my act together." He'd always figured that he should be the stronger, more put together of the two - afterall, he was the man, was he not? It wasn't easy though, to go through everyday knowing what you could have had but lost. He knew that there would be no suitable replacement for that baby - not another baby, nothing material would take the place of the ache that they both felt, but it was time for him to BE the man and make things easier for her.
