Subject: HELP! Most character appearances

Ok, Harmony was in the unaired episode, and was in the final episode of Angel. So she was the longest lasting character.

Buffy was in all 7 yrs of BTVS, and made several episodes on Angel.

Angel was in all or most of BTVS and all of Angel.

So, which character made the most appearances in both shows?

Angel or who?

I figured that if any one would know the answer, it would be you folks.
