That's a tough one. I'm not sure it was ever put exactly that way. By season six when it was most believably true, she had after all been dead and buried herself.

Usually, it was put in a way that she didn't/shouldn't expect much future. For that, you might try What's My Line part 1. In Helpless there is clear evidence that there had been slayers older than Buffy at that time.
