I originally answered the question quickly. The first time you kill an Turok han the easier it gets. Now there is something else that was being said. In Showtime, Buffy shows the Potentials that a Turok han can be killed. Before then no one thought the buggers could die short of sunlight. But I think of something else and it's the state of mind of characters and their growth through experience. The Turok han couldn't be killed at first because Buffy felt it couldn't be. Her insecurities have the Turok han an advantage. Once Buffy dealt with her own insecurities, doubts, the Turok han was defeated. Of course the intel from Anya helped. Once they all gained some confidence in knowing the Turok han could be killed it became easier to face fighting them. The only thing holding the Scoobies back was themselves.
