I imagine that there is some inter-dimensional caterer that provides for all the nutritional needs of the residents. I can see the ad now: “McDonalds the official fast food for all the Hell dimensions”. A diet of quarter pounders and McNuggets seems like Hell to me.
As far as his hair and beard, just because you are in a Hell dimension doesn’t mean you can’t still maintain good grooming habits. We know Angel is especially sensitive about his hair and I imagine there are hair stylists in Hell.
