Well I can think of a couple of places of hanging it that I would consider sexy. I saw the scene having a two-fold purpose: One to show that Jenny lived outside the box and was not a prisoner of more conventional fashion, at least as viewed by the rather stuffy watcher. Two, as a really, really flirty come on that if Giles was good (or maybe bad, depending on your perspective), that he would eventually be allowed to see exactly where she did hang it. Of course, this second interpretation could just be a wish/hope concocted in my rather demented mind.
