Are we sure the site Xander was working on was SD High? Ohhhh, the irony (not to mention the steely, the coppery and even the woody. Not the woody! How come there's never a Hellmouth to open up and swallow you when you need one, and I think I'll just shut up now before I start to welcome the prospect of an imminent apocalypse) of Xander rebuilding SD High.

When he says "Oooh, contracty goodness" I assumed that he hadn't been responsible for the 'obviously' questionable workmanship in the brand new building.
