At the risk of being wrong, I am under the impression the line is from the end of Tough Love, as Buffy intervene's in Glory's thrashing of Willow. I believe its still there in the DVD.

But my remote is busted, so I can't get through the menus or watch much of anything that doesn't play automatically. So I could be wrong.
