The golden hued mare appeared on the horizon. Two foals came up behind her one ebony the other auburn they both looked sad and anxious. The sun-kissed mare pressed her muzzle to both and her soft voice was heard to ears that listened closely. Little ones listen to me both of you have lives to live and I want you to live them. My time in the Mountain is over but yours has only begun. I hope you find happiness in where ever you choose to make home. She smiled softly at the two the older ebony sniffed lightly the younger one had tears down her small mug. Mommy I miss you though.. who take care of me? The little chocolate filly asked sadly. My little Maiden Angelic Moons will watch over you until for me. She is only two but I trust her. The honey mare looked at the ebony filly who looked protectivly over at the younger one she thought of as a sister. I will Starlight I promise. The mare nodded and her muzzle was pressed agaist her daughter the filly dubbed Moon Maiden one last time. She turned and nuzzled Angelic Moons as well. Goodbye my dears go with blessings. She smiled softly as the two nodded and turned.
The charcoal filly sighed and moved off in a slow gallop towards the place called Hopeful Valley there was someone there she missed deeply. She stopped to wait for the younger filly to follow. The smaller one sniffled a bit more and then the pair took off under the watchful eyes of Starlight's Thunder Cloud.
The golden mare sighed softly dark ooids soft and yet so dead. Only a very small part of her remained still alive and that was kept by two things. Her daughter Firelight who still stayed with her and the hope she might find the other half of her being once again. A shrill nicker was heard from over the hill the call from a lovely mare coated the same as the one that stood now. Lobes flickered and she stood a moment longer hating to part from her home once more.
