The boy wandered in to the lands. His dark eyes looking about keen for adventure or something to do in his extreme boredom. He knew he shouldn't be here but there was nothing else to be doing. Besides he could hold his own in whatever came along. As the young mage continued his exploration of the place his eyes alighted upon the many different horses. Ah, that was why he had come of course. Settling himself down in the shade of a tree he took out a pad of paper to sketch out the land and the horses. As he continued looking his eye was caught by and un-horselike movement. Was that a human girl standing with a mare. Yes, it was how strange that was his dark eyes continued to watch them. What could she be doing here and why was that mare letting the human be so close to her. Perhaps that was her own horse or something. Curiousity pressed him forward as caution held him back.
