Just Gross.... - Reply
From Precious Lucy's Website:

"Ontario fans, please note that Precious Lucy will NOT appear on the next PWE show due to the Ontario Athletic Commission and another promoter who complained and, of course, asked to remain unknown... A woman involved in hardcore inter-gender matches is not allowed anymore in this Province. Only catfights are allowed... Yes, it sucks! Sorry."

I just finished reading that and I have to say it absolutely disgusted me. Women are only allowed to wrestle in catfights? That is the most pathetic thing I've ever heard. Basically what this means is that it's ok for women to roll around in the ring with eachother, putting on a display for the men to get their cheap thrills, but if a talented individual such as Precious Lucy wants to step up and show that women are capable of much MORE than that, that we can be as tough and verile as a man, oh no, that's forbidden. It's one of the most blatently sexist things I've ever heard, and I by no means consider myself to be a hardcore feminist or anything, but I believe in equality. I see nothing wrong with having catfights or anything, hey of the girls involved don't have a problem with it, no one else should, but if a girl choses that she wants to be MORE than that, who the fuck is the "Athletic Commissioner" to say that she can't? I think someone needs to let this retard in on the fact that wrestling is a work.
