Alrighty, here's my comments as one of the only 2 people from Cape breton that made the trip up.

First off the fan fest was a total waste of time, the exibits were interesting for about 5 minutes, but that was it. They had a CB band playing the whole time, Acadian Driftwood. The wrestlers came out for a little while to sign autographs and take pics, but not long, and not everyone came out.

When the show finally started and we finally got our seating arrangments figured out (Custom had given us free tickets to get in, but they weren't floor seats, and since we had to video tape and take pics for websites, I asked Warren about it and he reserved us 2 seats at ringside). The atmospehere at Halifax shows is totally different than in North Sydney, the whole crowd is into it, and the shows are a MUCH better quality. I was a little disappointed that Todd and Cliff weren't there. The show itself was great though, with the exception of the Legends match...you know it's bad when Bddy Lane is the least disgusting one in the ring. I was actually impressed with El Fuego, I think he managed to put on a pretty damn good match considering he was wrestling Flesh. I was also impressed with kingman vs Sinn and wouldn't call it a squash at all, Kingman was bumping huge for Sinn and really made it look like Sinn was giving him a run for his money. The match seemed to get a little stiff towards the end though, I think Kingman might have been having one of his in ring temper tantrums...he nearly took Sinn's head off a few times. I nearly pissed myself with Chaos doing the Kientai bit, it's 10 times as funny as it was desribed to me as. The ending of the show was spectacular, they had the whole crowd on the end of their seats losing their minds over the finish...and I've never heard anything NEAR the pop that occured when they announced the cage match.

All in all I had a great weekend and it was well worth the trip to the show, although the big show was really nothing like it was planned to be....mostly that's because of the TV taping next month.
