In reply to: EvilWillowFan 's message, "Episode 2x04: Mindwipe pt2" on 15:55:14 09/08/03 Mon

Things I really like are:

Using Tara as a distraction to pacify Willow.

Radament showing his true evil, even if it was in Willow's body.

The strong Dawn insisting on the mind entering spell and getting it done.

Willow recovers by using her Will Power.

Unanswered:
What did they do with that sphere?

Why did Giles cover up the translation?

The end of the Radament arc seems like a season finale. Of course, with the translation coverup and Radament dissipating in a cloud, we aren't sure he's really done for. Either way, this one makes me want more.

I'm glad you liked the episode. This episode is sort of a finisher for a lot of stuff. It was supposed to be two episodes, but I decided to put them together because one part wouldn't have any real action. You say it feels like a finale..... I can't disagree with that; it does. People often say that finales are the best episodes and I figure, I could spend five or six episodes trying to delay it, but what's the point? Radament was more of a season binder anyway.

What happened to the sphere? I'll get into that the next episode, but it won't be a major arc.

You don't have to think anything bad about it. Giles accepted a bet with Xander for fifty bucks because he figured it could never be Wesley (what would be the odds?). When it *was* Wesley, he just told a little lie to avoid embarrasment and paying fifty bucks.
Don't worry, his lie will come to the light, but it's no major plot or something.

Is Radament dead? Who know? He certainly won't be back the next couple of episodes, but there is always the chance I'll bring him back later.

Now, what happens the next episode? I'm not going to give a summary (among other things because I haven't written it yet), but here are some questions for you to wonder about:
* What will Kennedy do when she finds out about Tara?
* Will the council accept Giles' refusal (will he change his mind)?
* Will Willow's attitude towards Kate have changed?

That and much more will come in the next (couple of) episode(s) of WillPower.
