Something had happened, that much Sang could tell. She could pick up various debris fields in space, their mass leaving a tell-tale signature behind on the gravity-spectrum. But who were they? Were any of her friends hurt, or worse?

On socks and wearing a large, white shirt that reached all down to her knees, Sang stumbled through the corridors, still a bit drowsy and weakened from Faye's attack. The air felt cold to her bare legs, and she unconsciously stroked over her belly as she whispered the question that was burning in the back of in her mind.

"Where's Avon...?"
