Still, nice work HA...I haven't actually done that much research on my own, though I have read some of Rhine's work on the subject. Haven't decided yet whether he was full of it or not. That book of yours say anything about him? Just wondering.)
Once the rest of the group topple over, unable to move, the pirates moved in wearing masks, and put new collars on all those who'd had gotten free, as well as Ser and Guile. Shaw could have used sleeping gas, of course...but he always thought it was more humiliating to put the collars on while the prisoners were fully conscious, but unable to do anything about it...
He then has the group and the other slaves carried down to the Ship's Hangar Deck. Here they were unceremoniously dropped onto the floor. As the gas wore off, they could see an array of old, battered, obsolecent ships on the deck--along with Kholas' ship and Glenns' mecha, parked off to one side.
Here's what you'll be flying. Mist of you have some flying eperience....and if you don't for your saes I hope yoiu learn quick...cause you've got two hours before we launch..."
With a last snicker he left, the door closing and locking behind him--though several guards continued ot monitor them in case they made another escape attempt.
The group had the following craft to choose from (none in particularly good shape):
5x OZ-06MS Leo (Space model), all armed with Doberguns, shields, and beam sabers;
1x OZ-012SMS Taurus, with a beam rifle and saber--but minus it's left arm...
1x VF-1 Valkirie (Transforming mecha--though it tends to get stuck in certain modes...), w/ 2 90mm Gatling rifle posa, and 2 short-ranged missiles
3x Y-Wing (for you Star Wars fans :-) )
3x MS-06 Zaku II, w/ 3 missiles, 1 120mm maachine gun, & a heat hawk
2x RGM-79 GM, w/ beam saber, 110mm rapid-fire MG, 2 head vulcans, & a shield
1x RGC-80 GM Cannon (same as above, plus one 240mm cannon on right shoulder, 16 shots), targeting systems damaged, thrusters firif intermittently
