Kholas tapped his bare foot impatiently against the control pedals of the Wayward Lupine. The smaller craft zipped around the mecha in the ship bay, though every so often it looked very likely that Kholas would lose control and smash into a wall, the floor, another ship, or all of the above.

Since he wasn't sure what frequency the pirates used to communicate, Kholas lowered his ship tto the deck, where it hovered in place.

The hatch clanged open and Kholas peered out. "Hey!" he shouted to no one in particular, "...there anything I'm supposed to be doing right now..? I wasn't really listening well earlier..."
