"Dunno..." Virgil scanned the Hangar Deck, his eyes finally settling on one ship. Dugan's.

"Hold on a sec," he told Avon and Locke as he started towards it, fire extinguisher in one hand--and his pistol in the other. Stepping up to the forward airlock, he stepped to one side of the dor and opened the hattch. Instantly, he was assaulted by the acrid stench of ozone and butnt hair and clothing.

"Aww, shit..." His boots echoed down the main corrifor as he reached the bridge, opened the door...and spotted Dugan lying next to his chair. The scorch marks from the lightning bolt seemed centered around him. Liuckily, he was still breathing, and didn;t look seriously injured.

Virgil sighed. "Another near disaster...made possinle by a grant form the Intersttellar Fleet," he muttered to himself in disgust. He concetrated, and brought the man levitating out of the ship behind him. Spotting a motorized cart that looked not unlike a miniture pickup truck, he set Dugan in the back and got in.

"Had a little 'accident'," he siad, pointing to the unconscious man in the back. "Bringing him to the infirmary...we'll talk on the way."
