Dugans shot did indeed throw the spider off balence, but he was still trying to whip around to throw Avon off. As the spider made a turn, Avon grabbed his blade and leapt off the spiders back. The spider now had their back to them, but was hastily turning around.
"Comments, suggestions, a plan?" he asked. "Maybe if I jump him again, I can hit someththing vital. He'll rear up, and leave his belly exposed then you can you can plaster the walls with him, if ya catch my drift."
