Date Posted: 22:44:47 01/24/04 Sat Me again, I am wondering if any of you know which way you are "suposed" to make a full pageant skirt for a little girl. I have tried a couple of ways and I am not quite satisfied. Which way would you make a really ruffly, full skirt. Cut strips and sewn them together and then just gather, this made the fishline hem easier for me (not curved)or really large full circles and the gather or curved panels and sew together and then gather? I am just curios for now I am making a great hobby at making original designed and winning swimwear and sportswear for beauty pageants. I kind of get the idea and scribble it out and go from there, it leads to many, many hours in the fabric stores! And thats a feat in its self with two very curious little girls! Thanks alot for all your help, Kristi www.kristiscovers.com [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
