 HI....I JUST BOUGHT A SERGER AND REALLY NEED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A FISHLINE HEM. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW. I AM GOING TO MAKE MY DAUGHTER A PAGEANT DRESS AND THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN SEW THE CHIFFON TO MAKE IT RUFFLY. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
