Windris
He mumbled, still holding onto her hand. He held it close to his facade- reveling at the soft skin so unlike his own wretched flesh. He did not meet her eyes though, embarassed she should see him as such a whithered creature. He somewhat loathed the fact that he had never allowed himself to care about the Death Angel. Well, he contradicted himself, he had- but he was not a lovesick creature of any kind.
The Wraith drew in a rasping breath and muttered-
You're hurting..
He knew it, he could feel it. He could never deny their connection. The Wraith could no longer think of the anger he felt about Rainr, all he wanted was someone to comfort him. And Windris was the only one he knew who could do that.

Don't be embarressed, you have no reason to be. This is not your doing, this is Lethe's. As for my hurting, yes I hurt, I won't lie to you. But I merely hurt because you do. I feel your pain but in a less devastating manner.
Soft lips pressed against his forehead, a loving kiss placed there...one full of hope. Hope was all she had left right now. She could smell the death on him and it scared her. She could only keep him going for so long. Her power over life and death was most likely what was keeping him going. He drew on her power just as she felt his pain.
I would comfort you if I knew how Chres, but I'm not really sure what I can do. However, I do believe you would be better off in my cavern than rolling around here in the sand.
Without waiting for his conformation of her concern for him, she moved her arms, one wrapping more securely about his back, the other sliding under his wasted legs. She stood, lifting him fairly easily since there wasn't much left to him. Spreading her wings, she crouched and leapt into the air, heading towards her cavern...
((OOC: Meet me there...))
