First, I'd like to say that I have grievances with both Mousethief and DAB. DAB primarily because it's become a shelter for Mary Sues, and I found my posts deleted frequently. I rather like that speech freedom bit. Mousethief, however, I have problems with stemming way back. These events I name may not be able to be traced through posts, but witnesses can vouch and back me up. Here is my list of grievances against Mousethief:

1. He is a flamboyant Mary-Sue and has made no effort to change his Godly combat and questing skills since first joining. This can be seen in any post he has made regarding RPing or combat or anything.

2. He came close to ruining a quest on DAB's Quest Board, the one with the defenders and questors, by having a clone of himself on each part. When we tried to explain that he couldn't do that, as they were occurring simultaneously, he chose to ignore everyone and proceed with himself magically in two places at once. He refuses help, thinking he's great enough on his own.

3. He constantly sought chaos while I was in charge of the BAD DAB army by questioning every move his superior Lauren Flame Eyes made. When she was auto-hit and she auto-dodged so as to keep her character alive on a simple training post, he blew the thing out of proportion and publicly called her on it and tried to get her ousted from her position of power. He did this several times, looking for and calling her on every minor offense. This caused much trouble in a time where the army was only just barely getting back up from where it fell before. I view
this as an act of sabotage against myself and my friends who were in charge of the Army and a deliberate attempt to cause major upset.

4. He claims to have a copyright on "Mossflower Patrol," and really, he can't. As Brian Jacques owns Redwall and all the things related within, that includes "Mossflower." He can't copyright something with Mossflower in it, as it was Brian Jacques' intellectual property first. If anyone has a right to sue, it would be Mr. Jacques, and he could sue any of us online out here for making said things without direct permission.

5. He threatens to crush DAB behind it's back. Now, while I've got several issues with DAB, mainly this just offends me. You don't go sneaking around trash talking a site on minorly known Ranting Boards. If you have a grievance, consult the person directly. And don't threaten with lawsuits you can't hold up. Talk out your problem in civilized manner.

6. He shamelessly advertised his site Dibbuns of Loamhedge all over the boards of DAB, when it in itself was an enormous copyright violation of DAB in that the activities and currency and everything were just simple twists of concepts concocted by those who created DAB. Anyone with eyes in their heads can see these blatant plagiarisms, which were taken without permission.

I could go on, but to save him further embarrassment, I shant proceed with more. I believe you now have the floor, Mousethief.
