Before I begin, I would like to defend myself against the ridiculous accusations made by Sir Swiftstream.

In answer to your first accusation:
I don't believe that, you have no proof, I will admit I was when I had just began using Redwall sites, however, at the time I had no clue how to RP. Just because something once happened, that is no reason to hold it against them and call them names.

As for your second:
I got permission from Ferdy, (the moderator of the board, for those of you who don't know) that I could be on both poasts, and, as I remember it, you and an un-named "Mistake-pointer-outer" were the ONLY ones with a problem. The posts were NOT ruined, and would have ended in the same way had I not even been there!

Third:
Yes, I did call on her, ONCE when I was the one battling, after getting in trouble myself for auto-hitting, I believe it was only fair that when she did auto-hitting she should get reminded of the fact that it is against the rules. Also, she was NOT my superior officer at the time.

Fourth:
I do have copyright on the Mossflower patrol, in the fact that on Dibbuns Of Loamhedge, it was called the Mossflower-Patrol, therefore qualifying it as ONE word, which is NOT copyrighted by B.J.
As for the lawsuit, it has been dropped due to Tangle following up on MANY of the things I asked her to do.

Fifth:
I believe that is summed up in the last sentance of my defense for the fourth point.

Sixth:
Tangle PERSONALLY APPROVED the advertising and publishing on Dibbuns of Loamhedge, though at the time I was not in charge of the site, (and have still not reached that position) therefore it was NOT stealing, for I had permission to use what was used.

I am finished defending myself, and shall now move on to Observation II, my offense, the mandates, deffinitions, enforcement, and harms.

I could make this go on forever, but I will make it short so as not to clogg the board.

First, I have no direct grudge against Tangle, or even DAB, the lawsuit was going to be filed for confidential reasons I may explain later.

Secondly, if there is a grudge, it would be held against several characters whom I will not name so as to save them embarrassment. But I will state that one of those characters would be you, Swiftstream, for rude comments and insulting done by you, not only to me, but to others on DAB as well.

There, the evidence has been laid out, and luckily for Swiftstream, I am not the type to insult others as you did to me, so I will refrain from it on this post. Thank you, I believe it is now time for the supporters to take sides.
