this particular arguement came to be because *I* am the friend ed mentioned in his first post.
i believed that he had misinterpreted a small part of a post jb had made.
i felt that he had made an honest, (and common) mistake in the reading of said post and that, before continuing any conversation on the actual matter at hand, he should acknowledge it.
i told him so, privately.
i had no idea that my suggestion to him would end up in nothing more than more mudslinging and insults being thrown about something so childish as spelling and i am disappointed that it did so.
i owe ed an apology for making the suggestion in the first place and i'll give it publically.
ed, i'm sorry you got bashed for attempting to do the right thing on my advise.
