i think there may be opinions different to that theory as well, ed.
some believe that bad hips shouldn't be bred at all regardless of the danger to the gene pool.
it seems to me, the best one can do is just stop the arguing and agree to disagree.
jb will breed what he believes is best.
you (when the time comes) will do the same.
in the end, the old saying of 'time will tell the tale' really is true.
one side will be 'right'; one won't.
all the fighting in the world isn't going to make the time pass any faster.
