I am happy to see that there are some here who do remember what the old leopard's spots were like. And I guess I am one who believes that this new pattern of spots is only a camouflage since...after a few years...the old pattern didn't seem to be working so well as a marketing tool anymore.

Just for everyone's perusal, here is an email I received from John Blackwell a while back. I had objected to people advertising USBA puppies on the SABT message board without stating that they were not eligible for SABT registry. I had objected on the board and to the SABT office itself. It was NOT JB who was doing the advertising. His name was only mentioned in connection with his one-man registry. Look at what a nice man he is:

Hot air...but he had fun cleaning out his inbox. I bounced this back to him close to 300 times. He must have been in his glory reading his own words so many times.

No matter what anybody says, the TRUTH is that there has never been so much controversy surrounding any breeder here or in South Africa as there has been about JB and about people he is/was affiliated with. And the TRUTH is that he will take any chance he can to either personally condemn another breeder or to humiliate anyone who has had a problem with him or one of his dogs. And I have no doubt the day will come when most of these newbies will wake up one morning and come face-to-face with the real JB...just like Ed Davis had to painfully face up to who the real Ron Swart is...and just like many people have had to face up to who the real Ellen Roberts is.

I just wish that he and supporters would keep their bashing, bragging, and the rest on his own message boards and leave just one open forum alone so that anyone could feel free to post there. And if he and supporters resent my presence here...I equally resent theirs.
