Thanks guy's and gals on the lessons on genes.I can't speak first hand on breeding BB's,but in cattle breeding,it's not a 50% deal at all,most likely one of the donors will be more dominent than the other.So I would say at this point its a crap shoot.I had this Limi Bull that was as good as they get,but very weak genes,the calves always looked more like there mother.So if a dog with great hip scores and history of great hips,is bred with a dog with a more dominant gene what happens??? Its a long ,long way to where we want to be,It will take alot of very dedicated people to get there.I just hope I'm around to see how it turns out,or at least play a positive role getting there.
