I want to ask you about Miss Universe national costume award in 1990,1997.The winner national costumeaward 1990 is Miss Liseth Mahecha (Colombia)and In 1996 the winner is Miss
Rocio Lazcano (Peru),the
first runner up is Miss Judith Josefina Castille Uribe (Venezuela).
I want to know the first runner up and the second runner up in 1990. and
the second runner up in 1976.

And then went on to announce the winner as Miss Colombia. There was no 1st or 2nd runner up in 1990.
