Subject: Important Info about Black and Tan days (please read)

At American Black and Tan Days (Flora, IL, this weekend) there is a trophy for high-scoring Leopard. 4 footer. Nice, eh?

Anyhow, there was no one tonight (Friday) that hunted a Leopard. Here is my proposition. If you come to Black and Tan days to hunt Saturday, I will personally guide you to the woods. That way you won't be sent to a satellite club and maybe have to drive an hour. I can take you 15 minutes to good hunting. We saw 8 coons tonight in 2 hours, but only scored on 4, 1 hole and a circle tree.

Here's what you need to do though. Entries open at 4pm and close at 6pm. See me BEFORE you enter, so I can mark you down as guiding your own cast (that way I'll go along and really be the guide). I'll be looking for any Leopards there tomorrow, or you can ask around about me. Everyone from my club knows me and most of the Board members of the B&T ass'n. (I was Master of Hounds Thur night). I'll get the guide money (the B&T Ass'n pays $25 to guide, it'll be on the scorecard) and I promise we'll hunt pretty close and you'll be in the coon.

Please, come and let me take you. I like these dogs and I want to see one go, and get to know one of you better.

I drive a gray 92 Ford ranger with a wood dog box and an NPHA sticker in the back glass. 2WD. It'll be close to where they take entries. Hope to see someone there.
