With DNA certificates who could argue? The problem is that when you do this (I have heard)the likelyhood of you getting an equal number of pups from both sires is very low. More often than not you will be lucky to get a pup or two from one sire or the other. With a little patience you can get a full litter to select from out of both sires. I'm sure if I thought on this a little longer I could come up with a handfull of situations for which this may be a useful tool. If you can stomach the price of all of the DNA tests, I say more power to whomever wants to do it. I would like to hear about the results from anyone who has first hand experience with this.
