Was worried to read that your knees are still not good. That must have been some horrible twisting you did to stop your fall. SO happy you didn't fall down the stairs though. Are you having them checked out by a doctor? I really think you should Cheryl! There might be something they can recommend, or send you for some physio? Do you get physio paid for you? Let's face it, the weather is just plain depressing. It has been so bitter cold here, we don't even feel like venturing out, but then you begin to feel house-bound and "cooped up"....UGH is right! It has been milder this weekend though and today it's actually been a nice day...can you see me smiling? lol A bit more snow on the way tonight though....blah
