But if David was killed off, the show would REALLY be boring, no bad guy causing all the drama. And you have to have a bad guy! Adam isn't even around anymore to do any dirty work and I can't really call JR a bad guy yet, but he may grow into it yet. If David were targeted, he would probably make it seem like he was dead to frame Ryan or someone, only to jump out of the birthday cake later and surprise everyone.
