Company managers have no right to expect that their salaried employees should willingly give hours of THEIR time to the company FOR FREE just because he (the manager) wants to trim costs by not hiring enough people so the work can get done in a normal 40-hour week. They give you the bull-crap idea that working long hours builds for your future, but that's all it is, bull-crap. They are STEALING from their employees by demanding long hours and not paying them for the time.

There ought to be more exposures like this one. This is a very pervasive practice in American industry today. These managers need to realize that their employees are not machines. They are people, and those people have lives outside of the workplace.
