They give you the bull-crap idea that working long hours builds for your future, but that's all it is, bull-crap. They are STEALING from their employees by demanding long hours and not paying them for the time. There ought to be more exposures like this one. This is a very pervasive practice in American industry today. These managers need to realize that their employees are not machines.
