Thank You! Your right on the money. Many peo0ple do not realize that once you become a salaried employee, you are owned by them. It happenes all of the time.

They give you the bull-crap idea that working

Yeah, I always liked those pep-talks too. I wonder what they say to you, when your company is sold and you get screwed, yet the Manager gets his "golden parachute".

Europe has known this for a long time. They may not have the market capacity like we do, but they sure as hell treat their employees with more respect.

I disagree with this statement. If the mail is sent to you, regardless if it is in the company, it should be made public.
