Subject: My Beef of the week. Parrying

I am about completely fed up with no gains in parry.I gained up to 25.5 the first day of my chars creation from that pint on he has never gained one more point. i have fought multiple numbers of lizardmen at once NO GAINS.I have fought bone knights,earth elles,ogres,cyclops,and even tried to fight an Efreet. never got one damn gain. If someone knows what the heck is going on I'm all ears. Also have tried all shield types.
