Hi Sheri,

Oklahoma Christian Apts. also has an old exercise bike that frightens me. We have repaired it several times and really should just dispose of it discreetly. It seems that only one resident uses the bike. However, she is very vocal and takes everything personally. So, if we remove the bike, she'll think we did it to inconvenience her. However, the timing my be right - you have me thinking. This may not have helped you, but it has brought this issue up to the front burner for me. Ginny
